We stayed at Ibis for 9 days and loved the location. Our room was laid out nicely with plenty of storage and only lacked a fridge. The front desk seemed to be frequently busy but the staff were still eager to help and knowledgeable. The location of St. Andrews Square was perfect for us so we were able to easily walk or catch public transportation to wherever we wanted to go. The free breakfast was very convenient and offered a great selection, however, it quickly became chaotic when it got busy. At breakfast there seemed to always be a long line for coffee and the coffee machines broke down often during our stay. Staple items like eggs would run out quickly but would be slow to be refilled. There was no easy flow as people moved about trying to not bump into each other. I hope the breakfast improves because I would love to visit again.

The room was very small. We had to walk sideways to get around the bed. Could have used a towel rack/ring/hook for the hand towel at the sinkm
